Great service Builders express Southgate

I would like to give a super big thumbs up to builders warehouse express in Southgate and the call centre. I was assisted by a lady named Amanda on the phone who helped me navigate the online purchasing system as I was looking for a specific item. She was exceptionally kind and after her assistance I was able to order the item at a closer store which is builders express Southgate. As soon as I made the purchase online,I called again just to be sure that I did everything correctly,and the lady who answered the phone(can't remember her name) also gave me great service and she even wanted to escalate my purchase just so that I can be comfortable. Immediately after the call to confirm,I recieved a call from builders express Southgate confirming that my order was received and will be delivered in the next hour. In an hour I received a call that the driver is at the gate to deliver. 🤗I'm happy to say that I recieved the best best service from builders and will definitely be ordering online again as it was such an easy and convenient way to get whatever I need. Thank u again for the 15%discount I recieved when registering as it helped to lower the total of my purchase. Exceptional service indeed!!!!!
