I took my generator back to Builders Helderberg for them to send back to the manufacturer. That manufacturer was far less than impressive but Builders were excellent all the way - Departmental Manager Howard Ncatshulwa paid me the greatest of respect at all times and kept me informed and responded to emails promptly.
