Great service !

A HUGE compliment on Sicelo as well as his Dept Manager Kenneth Monollakapheu that I need you to know about & if any way that Sicelo can be recognised would be great !

Yesterday afternoon I came into Builders on Hendrik Potgieter to ask what could be done about my Ellies invertor that was not charging (I had bought it at Builders 4odd years ago and thought that if the invertor needed to go into Ellies, it could be done via yourselves rather than me going into JHB City). Kenneth advised this could be done – but I also asked him what stock of invertors the store had as I wanted to get an additional one as well. kenneth then passed me on to Sicelo – who advised no stock of invertors but asked what was wrong with my existing invertor. I explained when putting back into power source after being used, it went ****f & a little burn smell. He asked where was the invertor – I said in my boot outside – he said “ Can I check the fuse?” – I said sure. We went outside in the rain – he showed me where the fuse is – said “Fuse is gone but there is a spare”, gave me the blown one, replaced the new one, put the cover back & said “all done!”

What blew me away was his willingness to help me – he could have if there was stock sold me an invertor on the spot but he chose to check a fuse which turned out was the problem. This is customer service at its best !!!

I went back into the store with him as I wanted to there & then compliment him in front of management – I did tell Kenneth all of the above. Sicelo is an asset to your store with good guidance no doubt being received from Kenneth.
