Great customer service from one great guy in the whole store

After phoning Builders Warehouse and enquiring about goods I had been looking for, the store said they would phone back when they have answers for me about my product. A young lady Rochelle phoned me back a day later and guaranteed me that the Northgate builders warehouse had the item I was looking for; upon arrival at the store we looked patiently for someone to assist. After being brushed off by shop assistants, a young guy Russell Daniels saw my frustration and kindly assisted me. He led me to the right person [ a guy named Vuyo] and explained my situation to him and Russell left to attend to another customer. Vuyo assisted me, but showed so much irritation towards me and after a while told me that the haven't stocked the item (I drove so far for) for 6 years. Russell Daniels came back to assist and ensure I was a happy customer. If it was not for this young man today, I would never go to Builders Warehouse Northgate Cape Town again - he needs to be applauded for going the extra mile!
