Great customer service

On 10 October 2022 I bought some items at Builders Castlegate/Erasmusrand Pretoria.

Needing a bathroom basin I popped over to the bathroom section.

Gift Mabuza assisted me with pricing. As I found prices a bit too steep I moved on.

However, I spotted a basin on sale. I called Gift over to assist. As he was coming closer, Kutollo Makola also came over. I wanted confirmation the price covered both basin and cabinet. Kutollo went to find price and I excused Gift as Kutollo was assisting.

As I was standing there a 3rd employee came to enquire if I required assistance. I unfortunately failed to record his name.

Kutollo came back to confirm excellent price and helped us to pay and pack into the car.

I was absolutely impressed by the staff. This is clearly a store where the team is excellent!
