Great customer service

I misplaced a Builders Warehouse gift card (R400) that I received 9 years ago. What a surprise when i came across it. I tried unsuccessfully to use to at the Faerie Glen branch. I then contacted the head office to see if they would honour the outdated card. The people who assisted me were Andre Gous, Kenne De Kock and Junior Mthombeni . They have reimbursed me and given me a new card for the same value. I'd like to commend Buliders Warehouse Faerie Glen for their outstanding customer service. They went above and beyond the call of duty.
