Great customer service!

Very impressed by how Builders resolved my issue. I was unable to use my voucher online and logged a query. I received a call back from an incredibly helpful Melissa who undertook to assist me and called me back twice, the final time to present the solution.

The solution required me to go into a store. I went into Builders Northgate where my problem was resolved. On exiting the store I could not find my car keys. Several Builders staff members joined the search which included helping me retrace my steps outside, until the keys were located in store on a bag of charcoal.

Huge thanks to Builders for the customer service and for helping me locate my keys. Unfortunately, I did not get any of the Northgate staff’s names.
