Great attitude

Good day I would just like to compliment Esther Mqoma who sits at your information desk in the Strubensvalley store, I didn't deal directly with her , but was waiting there for someone to assist me with an item advertised in your latest brochure (received incorrect info , branch didn't have it and gentleman promised to come back to me , but hasn't , however that story is for another forum) I waited at the desk for approximately 20 min and just watched how she cheerfully assisted customers coming to her , announcing for relative staff to come to the info desk , asked me a couple of times if I was okay , I told her I was waiting for them to check stock and liase with ? , the entire time a smile on her face and nothing was too much trouble , a true asset to your company.<br> <br>
