Goods Displayed without a price

Builders warehouse The Glen has goods displayed without a price and price is also not available on the system?? What does section (23)3 of CPA state about a retailer and displaying of goods?? A consultant by the plumbing department said they are still deciding yet the goods are being displayed??? What is this ???? I want response for this or I will be taking this further. Zama ***
