Goodbye Builders- Hello Leroy Merlin!

In the past couple months it has been bad customer service time after time and its now getting ridiculous!! Firstly- the shower displays are incorrectly marked and are misleading- New Road branch secondly- the fridge wrongly priced and they wouldn't give it to us at the advertised price- New Road Branch Thirdly- my mom in-law tried to buy a washing machine and they wouldn't give her her pensioners discount- New Road Branch and to put the cherry on top my mom in law went to buy several things at builders today- Rivonia Branch- and with the new system they cant give her the pensioners discount.

we ask for a manager to contact us for when the probems are rectified and and and we never hear from them again.

THe service is absolutely shocking.
