Good value, great service from Amanzimtoti

Very happy with the chairs I purchased. Just not impressed with the delay. They had insufficient stock, and I opted to wait for the balance of my order (always a a problem in small towns). When that arrived, it was apparently damaged. Hence I had to wait another 2 weeks. I hate it when large organisations like Massmart seem to forget about the little towns - since these stores dont generate as much revenue it seems they are less important. I do, however, want to commend Builders Amanzimtoti. They are very professional and friendly and kept me updated all along. Thanks again! Unlike the builders here in my town, Park Rynie - just an afterthought of the brand. Hopefully one day your head office will regard you (and obviously us, your clients) as worthy as all their Sandton and other flagship outlets/clientele.
