Good response Builders Warehouse

A complaint that has now turned into a compliment. On 25 March, I did an online search for 25 kg pool chlorine. The Raslouw branch showed stock availability of x4 25 kg buckets. Upon traveling to this branch that is closest to me, I could not find the 25 kg of chlorine. Staff advised that online updates of available stock might be the problem. I voiced my disappointment with the call desk. Today I went to the Centurion branch and found a 25 kg bucket of chlorine. After placing the bucket into the trolley, I received a call from Builders call desk to verify details of my call yesterday. When the call desk knew that I was in the store, they asked me to speak to one of the floor managers, who then spoke directly to the call desk. As Wednesday's are special discounts for pensioners, I was still given a discount today in the purchased item. I am pleasantly surprised and very happy with the response from the staff at Builders Warehouse.
