Good job Padi

I would just like to take this opportunity to thank Padi from builders warehouse Heidedal twin city mall,for his willingness to help his friendly and ,great customer service.

I've noticed that in a lot of retail stores these days people doesn't have pride in their jobs anymore and customer service doesn't matter, especially in the same builders store I visited today I go to the store often and many times I would have to go and call someone from the front to come and assist as there are most of the time no one on the floor to assist, today when I entered the store Padi was at the customer service desk I asked one of the guys at the door who is promoting the store card to help me with a builder card he could assist me and refer me somewhere else as i went it to look for the things I wanted to buy Padi came to me and ask if he can assist me he assist me in items that I wanted to buy help me with pricing and then didn't find it difficult to help me with the store card.

Good job Padi I really do appreciate you.
