Good customer journey from Team Mpho Shange

I've been busy building at my house with the material I bought from Builders in Soweto next to Bara Mall, in all honesty the is no service in the black community but the passed two weeks I saw good customer journey and I say journey because it was and still is unbelievable and will not be forgotten. Anyone can give good customer service but not good customer journey but, Mpho Shange and Ngaka Mokoena's team give me just that from foundation to roofing and I say THANKS. In this Journey the were potholes (problems) which made me feel a bit less of a human and I even wanted to take my business somewhere else even to return everything I bought but quickly, Ngaka changed what could have been the sh..test service and while he was doing a damaged control Mpho was there as well and that is what I call breathtaking, brilliant, excellent, invaluable, lovely etc. In this pandemic every sale counts and to make that sale you need staff that does things from within and willingly and that is the team from this store and I can and will recommend a friend or family to buy from this amazing team.
