Good attitude from BW Northriding staff member

I want to compliment Charmain Nel on her professionalism and pleasant manner both times that I have interacted with her. Hopefully Builders do show their appreciation to staff of this calibre and not take them for granted as they are few and far between and a good reflection and adverti*****t on the company. Well done Charmain. The lady who directed me to her also needs to be mentioned but I dont have her name. I know she works on the front end and has also previously helped me.
