Good at taking money but running around with my refund. ********s are busy in their systems and all they say is we’re investigating. I want my money back

It’s taking them 17 days to tell me who stole money from my profile account with Builders and on the other hand their debtors department is refusing to refund all the money I’ve put into the savings account for my projects. They want more of my money but they can’t stop the ******** activities from happening in their systems. I’ve send emails , WhatsApps and calls to prevent the crime from the minute I picked up irregularities on the account and to this date Philander keeps on calling me to say they’re still investigating and refusing to refund my money that’s held in another account. How do I trust them with my funds when they have demonstrated their lack of customer care and a serious lack of control over the risk associated with their systems. I’ve been trusting them for nothing .
