Goldair stove (Hob) one burner not working

I’m so disappointed and frustrated with the service I’ve received at Builders Bedworthpark. I bought a Goldair gas stove and one burner is not working and they’re refusing to take responsibility nor provide help although the stove was returned to the store within days stipulated on the slip. I’m being sent from pillar to post with no way forward
