I would like management to thank Elzahn from Builders, Rivonia, who when she found out that there was no stock of a Black and Decker steam mop, phoned around and found one for me at Kempton Park. I'd also like to thank Neo for keeping it for me and the man from Verimark who helped as Neo was busy. The service I got was five star. Thank you.
