Go do it yourself!

Never in my life have I experienced such bad service from Builders Warehouse Kempton Park. Asking for advise at the bolts/nuts/cable isle and you are greeted with an employee leaning against the desk thinking he is doing you a favor by assisting you, because you interfered with his chat he was having with a friend visiting. Eventually we were able to get some information from this employee - with a lot of help from the friend - because he clearly does not know his products. When asked for the rest of the product, we were told to 'go to isle 37 - it is there'. So we went to isle 37 and picked the product, went back to the employee to ensure that it is the correct product. 'Yes, it is correct'. When we got home and started using the product we found out that the size was incorrect after all. This taught us to NEVER listen to the staff of Builders - they clearly have no idea what they are doing. We have now wasted money purchasing incorrect size products due to an *********** employee of Builders Warehouse Kempton Park. Can't complain about the service because there isn't any.
