GIFT CARD BLOCKED - BUILDERS WAREHOUSE

We went to the Pietermaritzburg store in Armitage road yesterday and wanted to use a gift voucher, only to be informed that all gift vouchers have been blocked! They said that we can wait in the store for about 15 minutes while they try to resolve the issue with Head Office. It is no one day later and I have been contacting them telephonically being sent from pillar to post. The card is STILL not unblocked. I received a phone call from Nokwanda informing me that they are having "technical difficulties" with the gift cards and are working on the issue. This is unacceptable since I urgently need to use the card and they can not even give an estimation of when this will be resolved. With my father having his own construction business we have always supported Builders Warehouse. I can assure you that we will never purchase from any of your stores again.
