Ghosted by Management: Failed Delivery & Broken Promises (Erasmus Park)

I paid for delivery to take place yesterday (04/12/2025). It never arrived. When I called to follow up, the dispatch agent was rude and disconnected the call.

Today (05/12/2025) has been a timeline of broken promises:

08:00: I was promised delivery would happen by 10:00. This deadline was missed.

11:00: I spoke to the Store Manager about the missed slot. He promised to call me back. He never did.

12:48: I called Dispatch again. I was promised a callback. No one called back.

It is now Friday afternoon. I have had contractors standing idle on-site for two days at my own personal expense because Builders Warehouse cannot fulfill a paid service or simply pick up a phone.

The lack of accountability from the Store Managers down to Dispatch is shocking.
