Geyser not working rite

On the 30 October 2015 I Bought a 150l high presure geyser by Builders Warehouse Walmer, Park Port Elizabeth Adres: Access Park Shopping Centre, c/o Buffelsfontein Road and 17th A i swipe with my bank card using account number ********** 117 the geyser started to leak when i phoned them they told me i must have a slip when I told them that the slip ink is off they told me I must go to the bank and get a bank statement then they will maybe be able to help me I went to the bank got the bank statement went up to Builders when I got there I told me that it is only the Manger Kim that can look up the slips and she is on Lunch they then give me her number ********** 220 when I phoned here and told here she ask me for the serial number on the geyser I told here that the srial number have been burnt off by the sun she told me she will phone the geyser company and ask them if she can help me or not the geyser is still under warranty i waited for her phone call but she never come back to meet the municipality is hitting me now for water waste becuse of the geyser that is leaking.
