Get to builders... DON'T get it done!!

Builders Rossburgh's online and in-store service is terrible. I ordered some wood online: the guy that cuts the wood at the back informed dispatch they have the wood in stock. The order is confirmed and paid. When I get there they never had any stock. The cutter acts all innocent and confused. I reluctantly choose the closest alternative. He then deliberately cuts the wood into different sizes that I ask for. (With a grin on his face).

The dispatch department is also extremely slow and oblivious of the client waiting. I was the only client there and things took for ever.

And: The sales assistants that is scarcely scattered throughout the store are also very unhelpful and ill informed. They almost always have a 'why are you bothering me' attitude and 'talk fast, I have other things to do'
