Genesis hydro VAC
Hi, I bought a R2000 hydro vac vacume cleaner less than a year back, it has now just gone in the second time for repairs despite it saposidly having a 2 year guarantee as indicated on the box. The first time i went 21 days with out a vacume cleaner. It is now the second time and it's been in for repairs since 05/08/17 and I am still waiting. I phone the complaints department at verimark and was promised feed back weeks ago yet have had no response. For such an expensive product the customer service is pathetic. I was even in contact with the manager of builders warehouse who's attitude needs some addressing.
