Generator warranty not being honoured
<p>Last year around May/June I bought a GRIP 7.5 KVA Petrol Generator from Builders Warehouse in Clearwater, Roodepoort. Serial number ********** 667. Model number SRYE8500D. The generator started giving issues with starting about two months ago. When I took it to Builders Warehouse, they did not want to receive the Generator back to have a look at it as they claimed that I must produce the original proof of purchase. The receipt does not last for more than two months, let alone a year. I am battlign to get this generator fixed.</p>
