Generator
I bought a 6.5 KVA Grip generator in December 2014. After some use roughly 8 hours running time(combined) i notice a oil leak somewhere at the bottom of the machine. Me being not a mechanic went to the store where its bought and notify them of the problem. They (manager and Norman) decide that Norman will come to me and check it out. That never happened as i was in the store several times 29 March, 19 April and 27 April. Every time Norman have a different excuse.
