Frustrating Service and Service Management!

It's almost 24hrs since I paid Builders trying to purchase items, they say they cannot trace the payment even though I have sent them POP from the bank, called the bank and they confirmed that the payment went through, they keep giving different information, been called by different and reference numbers, very frustrating!
