From worse to bad!
These days it really is not nice to shop at Builders anymore. Staff is curt and uninterested. I went in to buy paint to paint my house inside and out. I also wanted to get some more of the Duram Roofkote that's on special - there was nothing!!! Left without a drop of paint. There were no colour cards and no stock even of the specials. I'm sure you'll get by without my patronage henceforth just fine. I don't believe I'm the only person feeling like this though! This is not limited to one branch either, the Express at Gift Acres is even worse! They could also not tell me if I might find stock at another branch, I suppose that it was just too much effort!
