********** use of RCS cards

Builders warehouse in Umhlanga is **********ly using peoples RCS store cards in their shops. I live in Pretoria but somehow Builders warehouse in Umhlanga got hold of my details and two R10 000 transactions was put through on my card on the 1st of April. RCS eventually gave me the details of where it happened. I phoned the Builders customer care line and was put through to the store. The lady that picked up the phone called her supervisor. It seemed as she was just waiting for me to hang up the phone and give up. The ********* who is using our RCS cards is working for Builders Warehouse. Builders is not doing anything to bring any of them to justice. They just refer you back to RCS.
