********** TRANSACTION

On the 16/03/2019 I bought few things from builders with my credit card and when I was paying at till 4 I was told it declined then I should try again which I did and it was approved.

Few days later I tried using my credit card at Shoprite to my surprise it was declined and then I phoned the bank (Absa) to my surprise I was told that the reason for that is because there’s no money since there’s 2x transactions of R1641.50 AND R1641.00 from builder’s Gezina which were done on the same day 16/03/2019

I then went to Builders Gezina on the 22/03/2019 where I spoke to Mary Molewa I explained the situation, she tried assisting but said there’s nothing much she can do because she needs the bank statements as proof.

It makes me doubt that this was just a mistake the person knew and had intentions this is crearly ********** transaction.

My question is now I am the one who has to do the run around and why would your cashier do 2x different amounts if I only purchase once and it makes me doubt that it’s a mistake because if it was a mistake the amounts were supposed to be the same so to show that ***** was committed on my account by you builder cashier why the amounts are different with 50cent??????
