I received an SMS informing me that Builders agent Ridhaa Abrahams is logged into my account and that I should contact the contact centre if I did not authorise it. AS FAR AS I AM AWARE, I DO NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT SO I DID NOT GIVE THIS PERSON AUTHORISATION!! The contact centre put me on hold and then hung up on me and your live chat on your website simply does not work. SORT THIS DUBIOUS ACTIVITY. I DO NOT HAVE AND DO NOT WANT AN ACCOUNT WITH YOU WHERE YOUR STAFF CAN DO @$?&! IN MY NAME.
