********** Accumulation Of Interest

The first or second week of April 2019. I went to buy some stuff at builders express Amanzimtoti. Upon my arrival I saw a gas/electric stove and a closet that I liked but I did not have funds to purchase them. The sales person assisting me told me that Builders can offer me a loan to purchase the stove and closet. He took me to the person who deals with finance. The person told me that the loan that they are going to give me is a once off where I will to do a quotation for all the stuff I want to purchase and they will give me a loan for the quote amount. I was told that this loan I cannot use it elsewhere but at builders. So I went back to the sales person to do the quotation for the stove and closet. The sales person asked me if I want this stuff to be delivered by Builders or am I going to pick it up myself. I told him that I want to take it home now because I have a van and I asked him if he they have stock he said yes. So I did the quotation and went back to the person who deals with finance to complete the loan for the quotation. When I finished doing the loan I had to take my once off card to the teller and pay for my stuff. When I finished paying the sales person went to the back of the store to get the guys there to bring my order to the front. That's where the problem started. The guy came back and told me that he made a mistake the stove is not on stock I can only get it on the 20th of April. He said I can take the cupboards for the closet and they will phone me to come pickup the stock on the 20th. The 20th came no call. So on the 20th in the afternoon on the 20th I phone the store to find out what's happening with my order. They transferred me to the person who deals with orders and Indian guy. He told no I will get it the following week on Wednesday they will phone. Again on Wednesday they don't call me. So I further wait another week on the weekend I go to the store myself to check now. I meet with the guy who deals with orders. He tells me no they can't get stock for the stove so I will have to buy something else with the remaining money on the loan. I told him no I only did the loan because I wanted a stove and you guys(Builders) told me you have stock. So I asked them to take the remaining loan amount back I don't want it If I ma not getting the stove. Conversation went back and forth over the email eventually they pay it back. The problem now they refusing to pay the interest accumulated over this period of ********** sale. I am not going to pay this interest because it was accumulated on a ********** sale, so they just gained interest for a no sale. They are telling me that for the interest I have to talk to RCS because my account is with them. This is worrying because at the time of the loan application there was no mention of RCS whatsoever only Builders was mentioned.
