***** not investigated on store account

Someone made a ********** purchase under my account. It has been over 21 working days since I sent all documents needed for the investigation and no investigation has been done yet. Instead all I get is spam and phone calls telling me that my account is in arrears. How on earth was someone able to get credit under my name without my store card or ID? This s your own fault and this is affecting my credit rating.
