Fourways Crossing branch great service

While I have to state that I try to avoid Builder's warehouse as much as possible (due to the battle to get service and the poor service when you do get it), I have to give credit where it is due. I went to Builder's W Fourways yesterday and was approached by a staff member who asked if he could help. He went out of his way to find the items we needed for our project. The shops is being renovated so it's a bit chaotic but he made sure we had everything we needed and personally delivered the collection items to my car. Unfortunately I didn't get his name but well done - After seeing the state of the shop I thought I would be in for a bad experience but he turned it around.
