First class service

I purchased a tin of waterproofing paint which was marked with the colour burgundy which is a shade of red. After paying and driving home to the other side of the city, I looked at my till slip and saw that the purchase reflects that the barcode is for the colour grey. I was then concerned and opened the tin where I found that the contents were in fact grey and not the burgundy I wanted. <br> Due to me having contractors at home and the product being required the next morning prior to the shop opening I was unable to rush back to the shop. I phoned the manager of the store. He was very polite and understanding and promised to have the replacement delivered to my residence by the close of business.<br> At about 5 pm the delivery vehicle arrived at my residence where the correct product was handed to me.<br> This was actually an error on the suppliers side but the manager of Builders Express went out of his way to rectify the problem. I would really like to say thank you to the manager and his staff for the excellent service received in this matter and with the consistently great service when visiting the shop.
