Fired earth walls and ceiling paint
Good day I purchased the fired earth wall paint and have been highly disappointed in the quality of the paint. We had to put 4 coats and despite it saying that it's a washable paint, I have streaks where the paint has wiped off... I logged a complaint with the builders in the crescent and the only feedback I gto was that they tested the batch and no fault was found. I even asked for a rep to fetch the remainder paint from me to test my paint. It's now 3 months later and no response. Highly disappointing

26 Jul 2019, 18:57Good day Athena, I went to the extent of dropping off the paint for testing.i was informed by promac consultant'good enough' that there is nothing wrong with the batch(my paint was never tested, apparently the lab has samples of the batches. No copy of the lab report findings has been emailed to me. His offer is to give me 5lts of paint to touch up my Walls.. I have already app**** coats I have wasted money on the paint and labor and am now going through the expense of repainting my walls. I know I will not go wrong with dulux. I will never waste money on a fired earth product again and my hope is that other homeowners learn from experience and dnt suffer the same expense. Promac boasts a 7yr guarantee with nothing to back it up
