Fed up with Builders

Here we go AGAIN!!!!! So a few week ago i bought wood from Builders Boksburg, and after 3 attempts the still manage to mess up the sizes, i was eventually offered a refund on the wood But NOT MY TIME, FUEL AND OTHER EXPENSES. This weekend i wanted glass (unaware of Leroy Marlin also cutting glass) so i went to builders giving them a second chance, and i wasn't even surprised when i got home unwrapped the glass and all the glass was wrong. Today i took it back and they 1st attempt to re cut the glass and yet again it was wrong, so i went to Leroy across the road and asked if they cut to size and they helped me and the glass was perfect. Them Branch manager at Builders didn't really seemed interested in my case, And Had More important stuff to attend to, i Had to demand a refund and once again i only got refunded for the glass, Not my time Fuel, and other stuff i bought there. I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy there, Rather go across the road to Leroy Marlin, The stuff is friendlier and they do their jobs like it should be done.
