FED UP POOR SERVICE

HI i made a purchase online on the 11th of may for a gas heater and gas cylinder only the gas heater has been delivered without the cylinder ,I called and made an enquiry ive been calling the online customer care still with no feedback i was told its going to get delivered on the 16/05/2022 at 11am but there is still no delivery this has been going on for far to long and i feel as if my money has been wasted if the delivery can not be done can they kindly please refund my money as this is an inconvenience and i can go find another competitive company who will be able to assist me because Struben valley Builders warehouse is not competent at all. I'm Fed up of this service,i feel sorry for their clients :(
