Faulty Things
You keep selling us faulty things. I brought a tree cuter last week Wednesday . When I try to work on the weekend is not working. I don’t understand why you don’t exchange for some not working .

My apologies for the defective item you received and for the inconvenience.
Before any decision is made to replace, refund, or repair the item, it will first need to be assessed either in-store or on-site, and based on the fault and product warranty terms.
Once we have gotten feedback from that, we will know the way forward.
