Faulty product not replaced builder express. Poor service

I bought a sink mixer from builders express 2021 with a 12 year guarantee ,the tap handle thread got strerched or the threads were damaged and the tap had no handle to open and close , the tap also had a leak by the spout I took it to builders express with the original box and receipt ,,they did not exchange the tap they said they will send it to the supplier it's their product the box is builders express box. They now put me in a position that I don't have a kitchen sink tap...the store manager was quoting acts from the consumer act and he refused to help now I am stuck with no tapnin kitchen...builder express service is terrible their guarantees is garbage and I tell people do not use them....however a white gentleman before me changed a freekin hosepipe and they were. All chummy chummy because I am Indian bloke I was treated differently. Shocking behaviour from the staff ..they gave me different treatment to that of a white person ...I am shocked. Your guarantee is garbage your products are terrible. I returned a bath room sink tap at this store with no problems alnof a sudden they quoting consumer acts....I was angry and I swore them. He actually told me to put a stopper in my kitchen for 21 ****in days can you believe this ****er.....ingot video footage of this idiot....bad service poor management and guaranteed procedure for non whites
