Faulty product and bad service - Builders Warehouse Craighall Park - avoid if possible

Bought a lock installed it and found the key to be wrong, this was a Builders Warehouse lock. Had to then uninstall it, take it back and return it, this also took ages and the staff were very unfriendly (Builders Express Craighall Park) - Will rather go elsewhere next time. Avoid this store if possible.
