Faulty product

I bought a Generator at builder super store Kwa Mhlanga last year August 2020 for my new place as we don't have electricity, we started using it in December but in January it was broken I took it the store and it was booked for repair for the past 4 weeks I waited, till today the 18/02/2021 I received a call to collect it but when we check the generator was not fixed
