Faulty \new"Gas stove """

I bought 2x Sunbeam SGEO- 900s gas stoves at Builders Warehouse 2013/06/14. There was a couple of factory faults on the 2 stoves and i reported it. There was a guy who came to look at the problems 2 months after i reported the brand new stove's faults. The guy said he is going to order parts and come replace the faulty problems on stoves. He never came back to me or received my call he ignored my phone calls and Builder Warehouse never came back to me to follow up on call out. I am very disappointed and will never purchase anything from Builder Warehouse again. The stoves we bought was on special but if you ask me it was factory rejects because i have heard of more people complaining about the same stoves they have bought from Builder warehouse.
