Faulty heater

Last year toward the end of June, I bought an Elba gas heater at Builders Warehouse in Edenvale. For the past 2 days, the heater has suddenly stopped working, despite following the troubleshooting methods on their manual. This is unacceptable for a heater that was used only once last year during winter to suddenly stop working.
