Faulty gift
When Returning a Hoover Vacuum to the Builders wearhouse received as a gift which purchased on 29 July 2018 it It is defective since yesterday 12 November 2018. I was told I need a slip to return the Item and I rep**** with It was a gift and dont have a slip. I was then told they cannot return it. but according to the CPA customer protection Act I have 6 months to return faulty gifts.
