Faulty door lock,

Hi all, I bought a wooden door from Builders express in Worcester on 16 June 2019, the door comes with the fitted lock and door frame you just install the door, which I did install the door and locked the door after installing and never want to unlock again, I have called the store several times and the gentlemen called John promised to help me as he took all my details down. 3 days I called again and he was not available whole day until they reffed me to they gentlemen call Daniel which also made empty promises that he will sort out my door lock since 18 June 2019 and now now one is answering my calls, I have been calling and leaving messages but non of them is calling and telling me what is happening, I cannot open my living area door till today... thanks to Builders Express Worcester
