Faulty Bennet Read Vacuum Cleaner

I wish there was a ZERO star rating as I’m so much disgusted by your service! I bought a bennet read vacuum cleaner in December last year and during the first few months it was faulty,blocking water etc... I returned the unit to Builders Bedworth Park where I bought it and got feedback after a month that you need me to pay R2100 rands to fix the unit and your reasons are way above what I can describe as NONSENSICAL!!!!! Among the stupid reasons you mentioned that the unit was used for unintended purposes 🙄very strange as I’ve only used that unit for carpets and have cleaned my 2 mattresses once!!!!! You mentioned overworking and what what kind of overworked do you refer to ??cleaning carpets and that’s not an everyday thing!! You’re ****** ********,DAY LIGHT *******!
