Fantastic service Builders Helderberg

I bought an air fryer online on Black Friday from Builders Helderberg Somerset west, it arrived the very next morning on my doorstep. On opening it I realized that it was not a new one and on further inspection I found crumbs inside. I phoned the branch with my complaint and Zuraida informed me that they no longer have stock of the item, but that she would do her best to find a replacement for me. She did just that, I received my new air fryer after 2 days, once again delivered at my doorstep, without any inconvenience for me. Thank you Builders Helderberg for your fantastic customer service, I am elated!
