Fantastic Service

<p>Abdul Hamied and his staff really go the extra mile. </p> <p>I went in to Builders Express Greenstone to buy sealant for the tiles on my balcony. Not really knowing what I was doing I asked the salesmans advise. Based on what he said I purchased the items. Shortly after applying the tile sealant it all started peeling needless to say I was not happy at all. I went back to Builders Express and explained to Abdul Hamied what had transpired. He sent his staff to my house to see how the problem could be rectified. They then stripped the balcony and sealed it with the correct material. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have to say I went back expecting the usual retail "uninterested, we don't care attitude" only to be blown away by the absolute professionalism and fantastic service I received. Thank you Abdul you proved that customer service does still exist. </p> <p> </p> <p>Based on my experience at Builders Express Greenstone I will continue shopping there as a loyal customer.</p> <p> </p>
