Fantastic Service

Visited the above company to buy a hand Mitre Saw with stand. Could not find one on display and while still looking around the security lady noticed I needed personal help and immediately asked someone to assist me. A gentleman by the name I think was ****** assisted me. He opened one that was already opened but taped up again for me to inspect before buying. After inspecting, I took one, but while still looking at other items was not sure if it was what I wanted as I was not sure of the cutting depth. I mentioned this to a gentleman in the power tools dept (think he was from Ryobi) he called someone and this gentleman (from Vermont Sales) immediately took one of the shelf and we both assembled it and got the cutting depth with which I was satisfied and purchased the item.
